May 2023 Newsletter
A big thank you once again to the wonderful folk at the Tuross Head Caring Group for the recently donated gift hamper. We also received a donation from the Commonwealth Bank so thank you to the customers that voted for The Family Place as a worthy recipient. We’d also like to thank Margie, who visits local nursing homes and provides wool for residents so they can knit beanies for people in need.

April 2023 Newsletter
The Family Place recently purchased a new vehicle for our Outreach Service with the assistance of the NSW Government Community Building Partnership 2022 funding round. This four-wheel drive dual cab will enable our team to reach people in need who may be camped out in isolated locations.

March 2023 Newsletter
The Family Place were excited to welcome Dr Michael Holland MP Member for Bega to our Ford Street office on 16th March to share some great news. Dr Holland announced that NSW Labor has pledged $284,000 for South Coast Housing Projects.

The Family Place celebrated World Pride by holding an event at Moruya Riverside Park on Tuesday 21st February. The event was held to highlight diversity in our community and provide a welcoming space for everyone to join in, celebrate and learn more about diversity.

We were honoured to welcome our Federal Member for Gilmore, Fiona Phillips, to our Ford Street office last week.
